TB-6201H FURNITURE SERIES HIGH STRENGTH UV ADHESIVE.
Features: TB-6201H series is a mono-component UV / visible light curable modified acrylic structural adhesive with low odor, high quality, fast curing, high adhesion strength, high toughness, high shock resistance and strong rust-proofing, excellent water, hot and cold resistance nature, colorless, transparent layer after curing, small volume shrinkage ratio and features, moderate viscosity , manual and mechanical coating use.
Use and field of usage. This product is used for sticking glasses and metals, suitable for glass, furniture, electronic weighting systems, lamp making, crystal craft such as sticking and assembly. Before bonding, the surface to be bond must be completely clean and dry, to identify the amount of glue according to the need, in general layer thickness of 0.01 ~ 0.05mm; after gluing closure the surfaces, push the layers with distributed compression and exhaust air bubbles; placed in the 18W and 40W Philips 365nm UV lamp or use 125W medium-pressure mercury lamp radiation for a few seconds, remove excess glue around, hold for 30 ~ 60S until it reaches maximum strength.

Note:
This product contains methyl methacrylate monomer and its esters, it causes slight skin and eye irritation, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water, if there still be problems, please go to hospital for an examination; after skin contact immediately washing with soap and plenty of water. Preservation in a cool dry place. Residual glue can not be pumped back into the original packaging, orifice of the cap need to be well tightened after use. Storage period: one year.
Packing: 250gr/bottle, 1000gr/bottle. We provide packing according to user needs. Above figures are only for customer reference，in application please use measured data. |
